The competition took place at Kingston Beach (Browns River end). Teams were seeded based on points accumulated in Round 1 and Round 2 (Australia Day) of the 2008 beach season plus results from 2007. The weather forecast was, let's say, not encouraging. However, those who braved the elements can be proud of their achievements!
