The competition took place at Kingston Beach; seeding based on past results and achievements. Championship points allocated towards the end of season prizes for best male and female players of the series as well as entry at the State Beach Volleyball Championships .

Eventual female winners were Erica/Jess over Laura/Amelia; male tournament victors were Damon/Yoshi over Phil/Rob.
